Working Principle of Hyaluronic Acid Pre-filled Syringe Filling Machine
1. Feeding & Positioning
Syringe feeding: Pre-sterilized empty syringes are oriented by robotic arms, conveyed via belt system to workstations, with positioning clamps ensuring ±0.1mm accuracy.
HA supply: Sterile hyaluronic acid solution is stored in sealed containers, delivered through tubing (optionally with temperature control to prevent gelation).
2. Filling Phase
Precision dosing:
Piston pumps achieve ±1% volumetric accuracy for consistent fill volumes.
Non-contact filling needles eliminate cross-contamination risks.
Negative pressure environment minimizes bubble formation.
3. Sealing & Assembly
Stopper placement: Robotic arms insert sterile rubber stoppers with vacuum-assisted alignment.
Headspace nitrogenation (optional): N₂ purging before stoppering extends shelf life.
Integrity check (optional): Vision systems verify stopper seating.
4. Labeling & Traceability
Laser marking/label printers apply batch numbers and expiry dates, with data auto-uploaded to MES.
5. Packaging & Output
Nesting (optional): Auto-arrangement into blister trays.
Secondary packaging (optional): Integrated cartoning, shrink-wrapping, and anti-tamper labeling systems.
Key Technical Features
Cleanroom compliance: Localized ISO Class 5 (Grade A) environment with laminar flow hoods.
Material compatibility: Medical-grade stainless steel/polymer fluid paths prevent HA adsorption.
CIP/SIP capability: Advanced models support clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place for inter-batch decontamination.
